	Asti Spumante aspartame aspic assaisonné Asti Spumante Atlantic croaker Atlantic oyster Auslese Definition: [AH-stee spoo-MAHN-teh] A sweet sparkling white wine generally served as a dessert wine but sometimes as an apéritif. Asti Spumante tastes decidedly of the muscat grape from which it's made.
