fettucce; fettuccelle
Definition:
[fay-TOO-chay; fay-too-CHEHL-lay] Both are fettuccine noodles, with fettucce the broadest, at about 1/2 inch wide; the 1/8-inch wide fettuccelle are the narrowest. See also pasta.
